RelayOps uses the information you share to respond to inquiries about our website and AI automation services.

What we collect

Our inquiry form collects your name, business name, email, requested service, and message. You may also provide a mobile number. If you choose SMS, we record your consent choice, its timestamp, the consent wording, and the policy version. Our web chat stores your conversation and preferred consultation time. Messages and inquiry context are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. The public demo also sends your typed questions and conversation to our AI provider to generate replies. Demo conversations are not saved in our inquiry inbox. We keep short-lived, hashed network identifiers and request counts to limit demo abuse. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or sensitive information. Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to operate and secure this website.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond by email, discuss your needs, and arrange consultations. If you expressly opt into SMS, we may send inquiry acknowledgments, consultation scheduling messages, follow-ups, and links to web chat. Texts are sent only after RelayOps reviews your inquiry. We do not enroll you in SMS simply because you enter a number.

Sharing and SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to client businesses.

Service providers may process information only as needed to host and store inquiries, deliver communications, or protect our service. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries while they are needed to respond, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate consent or legal records. We restrict access to inquiry records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also contact us to withdraw consent, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your inquiry, subject to any records we must retain.
